  1. How can I place an order?
    • First it is recommended that you create an account as to better track your orders. We do allow anonymous ordering but please understand there is no way to login to the website, to view & track your orders.
    • Please do not allow children to place an order without the supervision of an adult.
    • When checking out please double-check your shipping address. Your order will be shipped to whatever address you put in there.
    • Once the order is placed you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order.
  2. How can I place a bid?

    • Please do not allow children to place a bid without the supervision of an adult.
    • If you have one of the winning bids at the end of the auction, the product is yours and we will notify you via e-mail.
    • Please double-check your shipping address. Your order will be shipped to whatever address you put in there.

  3. Is there a minimum order?

    No, there is no minimum order.

  4. Do you ship to my location?

    Our default shipping method is via JNE and we will ship anywhere where mail is delivered. We also use TIKI shipping option.

  5. What methods of payment do you accept?
    • All prices are in Indonesian Currency (IDR).
    • We accepts bank transfer payments via BCA or Bank Mandiri.
    • We do not accept cash in the mail.
  6. How can I confirm my payment?

    You can visit My Account to confirm your payment, after the transfer is made.

  7. How soon will my order be delivered?
    Unless otherwise stated, all items are in stock and generally ship within 1-3 business days. Processing may be delayed due to inclement weather conditions.

    Delivery times are estimated (not guaranteed) by JNE or TIKI, thus we will not reimburse customers for later-than-expected delivery.

  8. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
    • Shipping estimates from JNE or TIKI are based off of average delivery times and are not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for your packet to show up.
    • Double-check your confirmation/tracking number to locate your packet.
    • Log into your store account and double-check the shipping address.
    • Contact JNE (021-29278888) or TIKI (021-500125) to see if your packet has been held up.
    • After 10 days, contact us about your order. Include order # and verified shipping address.
  9. How if I live in another country?

    If you live in another country outside Indonesia:

    • We will convert the prices from Indonesian Currency (IDR) to United States Dollar (USD).
    • We accept payments via paypal.
    • Your order will be shipped using registered airmail via Pos Indonesia.
